This DMCA Policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA notice, how to submit a DMCA notice, and what to do if you receive a DMCA notice.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Brussels Sprouts Salad website, please send a written DMCA notice to our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work, e.g., a link to the original work or a copy of the work. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing: Provide specific identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL(s) of the specific page(s) where the material is located).
  3. Contact information of the complaining party: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Electronic or physical signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

If you believe that your content was removed or access disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide the specific URLs or other unique identifying information of the material that was removed or disabled.
